Margo has 5+ years experience in researching alternative dwellings and building science and is adamant about helping others realize their goals of financial stability through converting small spaces into affordable, beautiful dwellings. In 2021, she designed, built, and now lives in her own 240 square foot tiny house shed conversion.

Margo’s main goals in designing and building a tiny house were to gain construction experience and detach herself from a housing payment altogether.

She gets excited by inspiring and coaching others towards creating a more compelling life for themselves. Be it by the financial freedom a shed conversion or ADU can provide, through the inspiration and motivation to start using power tools, or the significant emotional and creative impact a well designed space can provide.

When she’s not looking for properties to invest in or rehab, coaching others on realizing their dreams, or putting a colorful flair on a design project, you might find her on the volleyball court or out petting all the dogs!

Margo is local to Richmond, VA but is available for side collaborations, speaking engagements, and consultations worldwide. Get in touch!
